This is my First Post on LJ though I have had this account for a while. Well my thought I have decided to post is if Meditation is so useful easy and cheep why do more people not use it? I thought of this while having to write a persuasive speech. My topic as you can tell was meditation. Seriously people unconciously meditate all the time. Raise your hand if you have ever started breating to a pattern when feeling pain, or started breathing deeply during a test to calm your nerves or to appease your anger at some asshole who cut you off. I say everyone should meditate and the world would be more peace ful. So spread the word and the love.
